About Running with Machines

"Run like a team of 50. Without hiring 50."

The Research

Running with Machines documents my nights and weekends research into how AI agents can power full-stack business operations. This isn't consulting work—it's systematic exploration of what happens when you try to automate entire business workflows with AI.

Every framework, pattern, and insight shared here comes from actual experimentation: building systems, watching them fail, iterating on the designs, and documenting what works (and what doesn't).

The Background

I bring 20+ years of enterprise software architecture, engineering, and data science experience to this research. My background spans enterprise solutions, IoT/cloud platforms, AI systems, and large-scale data operations across both big tech and startup environments.

As an entrepreneur, I understand the operational challenges that founders face. As an architect, I know what it takes to build systems that scale. As a data scientist, I see how AI can transform decision-making, and how it can be optimized.

Why This Matters

Most AI content focuses on the technology itself. This research focuses on the business operations side: How do you actually build AI systems that handle compliance, manage costs, learn from failures, and scale with your business?

The frameworks documented here are designed for founders who want to automate their operations intelligently, not just add AI features. They're built for teams that need enterprise-grade reliability, not demo-quality prototypes.

The Learning Path

The content follows a structured progression designed for both technical and business audiences:

Connect

This research is ongoing. I'm always interested in connecting with product innovators, startup founders, and mission-driven technologists who are exploring similar territory.

The goal isn't to sell you services—it's to share what I'm learning and learn from what you're building.
